The receptionist was super helpful when I needed a quiet spot for an important interview, and the room was lovely with everything working perfectly. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't take away from my overall stay 😊

Spotlessly clean with a good layout and friendly staff. The courtyard and swimming pool are lovely, but be prepared for minimal amenities. Breakfast was decent but limited, and there's no onsite restaurant yet. A solid choice for its location, a short walk to the main sights.

Great vibe, loved the stay!

The room was nice and spacious, and we even got bottled water daily. The pool was super relaxing. The breakfast was kinda basic, same thing every day, though. One night, we heard some noise from other guests, a bummer.

great proximity to marina park and the malecon

I loved being just a short walk from Marina Park Bahia de Loreto, where I could enjoy lovely views, and the Malecon, perfect for evening strolls by the sea. Although the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it didn't overshadow my enjoyment of the beautiful outdoor pool area.

Hacienda suites loreto had a beautiful outdoor pool area perfect for kids. The receptionist was notably patient during check-in, which I appreciated. Everything in our standard suite worked well, and we even managed to get laundry back in just two hours!
